The neighborhoods we will be looking at today are Berkeley, Providence Arbours, and Providence Country Club. All three neighborhoods are very convenient to 485, are located near Providence Rd, and are popular neighborhoods with well regarded south Charlotte schools, public and private, nearby.
The neighborhood of Berkeley is located on Providence Rd, near the intersection of Providence and Ballantyne Commons Pkwy. This charming all brick neighborhood as built in the late 80’s, has tall full trees, and is located only minutes from 485 and is a straight shot to uptown via Providence Rd. Providence Country Club is located a few minutes past 485 and is one of the nicer neighborhoods in Charlotte. For those looking to live in the suburbs this is an ideal choice. As the name of the neighborhood denotes there is a rather large country club in the neighborhood. Amenities include a 18 hole golf course (some of the nicer homes back up to the links), a large family pool, tennis courts and a large club house that can be rented and caters to those in the neighborhood.
