Millbridge- an exciting new home addition to Waxhaw and Union County
If you are looking at new homes in Charlotte- you probably are looking at new homes in Union County, just to the south of Mecklenburg County. Popular Waxhaw’s newest addition–Millbridge, may be its best yet. Waxhaw has grown in the last 5 years full of good choices in the $350,000-500,000 price range. First there was Quellin, then Lawson, then Cureton and now what may be the prettiest yet- Millbridge…I haven’t decided which feature I like best- the ability to walk to Kensington Elementary School? The covered bridge entry? Or maybe it is the fantastic amenity center taking shape right now…and everyone has heard about traffic on RT 16 in Union County– Millbridge offers easy access to RT 521, Ballantyne’s back door!
Ryland builds here with an impressive 5 bedroom 3800 sf model in the $350,000 range… Centex offers the Craftsman style homes they made famous at the very popular Stone Creek Ranch, Bonterra Builders are here, as well as Mattamy Homes. Prices start in the high 200’s range up to the high 300’s, folks are getting a lot of house for the money in Millbridge.
