Charlotte Market Update
Steady job growth has brought Charlotte home prices in most areas nearly all the way back to where they were pre-recession. Generally the real estate recovery began in the the least expensive inner rings of the city, and move to to the more expensive, and moved to further rings out, starting in Dilworth and Myers Park and expanding outward to the suburbs.
