Reflection Pointe in Belmont is a quick 35 minutes from Charlotte, located as the crow flies just 12 miles west of Charlotte, offering Lake Wylie living within a short drive of Charlotte. First came the Sanctuary, then the Palisades, then Reflection Point, and now Lake Wylie’s newest waterfront community is HandsMill in Clover SC- thats right, low tax South Carolina and the well regarded Clover School district, living on the water or in a truly waterfront community, just 26 miles on relatively uncrowded roads to Uptown Charlotte, 10 minutes to Rock Hill SC. The lots are heavily wooded and run from .5 acre to over an acre– interior sales prices start at $145,000 and dock-able lake front from $445,000. They just recently broke ground on the amenities center, The Aqua Club, which will include a waterside pool, plus a lakeside beach area. Additionally, over 30 acres of the community have been designated as natural areas which will include bike trails, playgrounds and parks.
